We are a Tanzania-based safari operator with deep roots in East Africa. Our team has first-hand experience in every park, route, and lodge we recommend — which means the advice you receive is honest, practical, and built around you.
There are no call centres and no generic packages. When you reach out, you speak directly with a safari specialist who will take the time to understand your travel dates, budget, interests, and travel group before suggesting anything.

How We Plan Your Safari
Send Us Your Enquiry
Start by filling in our contact form or sending us a WhatsApp message. Tell us your preferred travel dates, the number of people in your group, the destinations you have in mind, and any special interests — wildlife photography, family travel, honeymoon, or climbing Kilimanjaro alongside your safari. The more you share, the better we can tailor your trip. There is no obligation at this stage; we are happy to answer questions and help you explore ideas.
We Reply Within 24 Hours
A dedicated safari specialist from our team will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours — often sooner. They will introduce themselves personally and may ask a few follow-up questions to better understand your preferences before preparing a proposal. You will always speak with the same person throughout the planning process, so nothing gets lost in translation.
We Build Your Custom Itinerary
Based on your inputs, we create a detailed, personalised itinerary. This includes daily game drives, accommodation options at different price points, park fees, internal transfers, and any optional activities such as hot air balloon rides, village visits, or beach extensions in Zanzibar. We present everything clearly so you can review, ask questions, and request changes freely. We revise the proposal as many times as needed until it feels exactly right.
You Confirm and Pay a Deposit
Once you are happy with the itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your dates and begin making reservations. We accept international bank transfers and major credit cards. Our payment policy is transparent — you will see exactly what is due and when. The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before departure. We will always confirm the exact payment schedule upfront so there are no surprises.
We Handle All the Details
After your deposit is received, we confirm every booking on your behalf — lodges, park entry permits, vehicle assignments, airport transfers, and flight arrangements where needed. We also send you practical pre-travel information: visa requirements, packing guides, health and vaccination advice, and what to expect in each destination. Two to four weeks before your departure we reconfirm every service to make sure everything is in place.
Your Safari Begins
When you arrive, our team meets you at the airport and takes care of everything from that point forward. Your guide — experienced, knowledgeable, and certified — stays with you throughout the safari. We also provide a direct 24/7 support line you can call at any time if you have a question, need assistance, or encounter an unexpected situation while in the field. Our job is not finished until you are safely home.
