Growing up in Marangu, a small village at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, adventure was simply a way of life. As a young boy, Praise spent his days exploring local waterfalls, hiking mountain trails, and looking up at the peak that the world now knows through the famous Marangu Route on Kilimanjaro. That childhood love for East Africa’s wild beauty never left him — it became the foundation of everything Nyange Adventure stands for today.
Praise founded Nyange Adventure in 2012, building the company from the ground up in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. With over 10 years of experience in the East African tourism industry, Nyange Adventure has crafted thousands of tailor-made African adventures for travellers from across the globe. Our safari guides have a minimum of five years of field experience across Tanzania's major national parks — including the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara. All are fully licensed by TANAPA and trained in responsible guiding practices.
Yes. Every Kilimanjaro guide and porter on our team is registered with the Kilimanjaro National Park Authority (KINAPA) and trained in high-altitude safety and wilderness first response. Your safety on the mountain is our highest priority.
Our team personally visits every lodge, tented camp, and accommodation we recommend. We assess comfort, service quality, sustainability practices, and location. If it does not pass our standard — it does not appear in your itinerary.
